History
The Reynolds Family established International Transport Management (ITM) in Philadelphia during 1983 as a Global Logistics Company supporting Oil, Gas and Chemical clients. Today, ITM is still owned by John T. Reynolds and his daughter, Collin A. Reynolds.

Following his passion for the sea, John began management of American flagged tugs and tankers. From 1983-1992, ITM managed the Tug Gaucho and Barge Pampa for the E.I. DuPont deNemours and Company transporting bulk tetra ethyl lead worldwide. ITM also authored numerous distribution studies and traveled the globe promoting this successful venture.

In 1985, John formed Reynolds Shipping later becoming Rice Unruh Reynolds in 1989. Rice Unruh Reynolds provided ship agents for Oil and Gas companies from Maine to Seattle travelling worldwide supporting the various ship owners carrying high value cargo. From 1990-1995, they served as layup manager for foreign flagged vessels, MV Oswego Star and MV Justine.

1990 saw the formation of a lasting partnership with the Gulf Agency Company (GAC). The Global Alliance expanded ITM's network across the globe supporting the largest logistics company in the world with more than 10,000 employees and 300 offices in 50 countries. In 1995, GAC acquired Rice Unruh Reynolds establishing their foothold in the United States. ITM maintains a strong alliance with GAC supporting global business ventures.

The Reynolds Family established Atlantic Logistics in 1991 as a project management and forwarding company. In 1997, Atlantic Logistics began management of the passenger ship, SS United States, for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Today, they maintain management on behalf of the SS United States Conservancy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving "America's Flagship" and inspiring future generations. The SS United States still holds the trans-Atlantic speed record set in 1952.

In 1995, John established Atlantic Technical Management to survey tankers for Oil and Gas clients including Shell, Conoco, BP, Sun, Amoco, Total, Valero and Exxon.

In 2007, John became a senior marketing consultant for commercial aviation projects. Recognizing the value of dedicated air services, he continues to support the aviation needs of Oil and Gas clients throughout the United States.
